Bali - what an experience I must say. A total experience planning our Bali trip with Mauzee Holidays! ✨ A huge round of plause to Ms.Jinal she totally nailed the process start to end from visa to stay to travel everything was top notch. We had endless questions, changes in itenary, ideas, and so much back-and-forth, but she handled everything so patiently and enthusiastically! She helped us plan our itinerary in detailed, comfortable.this was my 5th trip with Mauzee and 2nd trip with Jinal who planned everything seamlessly . From kuta to ubud seminyak to gili island. Everything was wonderful experience. Hotel was perfect as mentioned and seen in the pictures. Mr. Bodhi was a wonderful person ( driver cum friend  guide ) who made our 10 day journey just amazing. Our Bali trip with Mauzee Holiday was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything was perfectly planned, and we didn't have to worry about anything during the trip. The itinerary was well balanced with our stays in Kuta, Seminyak, and Ubud, and every hotel was excellent. The highlight of our trip was the private pool villa in Ubud, the romantic candle light dinner, and the beach club experience. Every transfer was on time, and the local team was very helpful and professional. I along with my family recently completed a 10-day Vietnam tour with Mauzee Holiday and their local partners, covering Hanoi, Halong Bay, Da Nang, Hoi An, Phu Quoc, and Ho Chi Minh City. Overall, it was a well-planned and enjoyable trip. The hotels were comfortable and centrally located, making it easy to explore markets and nearby attractions. Some rooms were a little small, but they were clean and comfortable. The trip was full of memorable experiences. The overnight Halong Bay cruise was a wonderful experience. Ba Na Hills was another highlight, with the famous Golden Bridge, beautiful gardens, and entertainment. We also loved Hoi An, with its charming old streets, colourful lanterns, Japanese Covered Bridge, and the evening boat ride on the Thu Bồn River. It was also nice that the itinerary kept the last day free in Ho Chi Minh City, giving us time to explore the city at our own pace, relax, and enjoy some shopping. The private transfers, drivers, and guides arranged by Mauzee Holidays were excellent. They were always on time, friendly, and helpful, making the journey smooth and stress-free. The WhatsApp group with the local team was very useful, keeping us updated every day with the tour plan, pickup timings, and driver/guide details. A special thanks to Ms. Jinal from Mauzee Holidays for her excellent support from the planning stage until the end of the trip. She patiently answered all our questions, guided us through the visa process, and stayed in touch throughout the tour. We truly appreciate her guidance and prompt support. The only area that could be improved is the Seat-in-Coach (SIC) tours, especially the island-hopping speedboat tour in Phu Quoc. It felt crowded, and the sea-walking activity was cancelled without a good alternative. However, the cable car ride back to Sunset Town, the buggy ride, and the Kiss of the Sea show made the day end on a high note. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday with great weather, wonderful experiences, and excellent support throughout the trip. We would happily recommend Mauzee Holidays to anyone planning a Vietnam holiday. With a little improvement in the SIC tour experience, it would be close to perfect.

We had an excellent experience at Shirdi, Mahabaleshwar and Lonavala, and Shriya from Mauzee Holiday team made sure that our whole trip with elders and toddler was comfortable. Despite the weather, i.e. famous Mumbai region monsoon and traffic during rains, we didn't observe any discomfort and enjoyed the trip thoroughly. Hotels and Taxi (although a bit costly than expected, hence 4 out of 5 stars) were picked as per our need and wherever any support was needed, it was promptly provided. Shriya kept checking with us during the trip from time to time to ensure the same. Good hotels at Shirdi and Lonavala specially with excellent food inhouse and taxi was also very well maintained and expert driver accompanied us so none of the hilly roads felt like a burden.
